CHALLENGES
My Decibel Agency client had a relatively new data product for which they needed to increase sales. Client was in need of expert support to manage the logistics and coordination of their trade show booths, various events and their company-wide sales meeting. ​

SOLUTIONS
Leveraging my extensive experience in event management and knowledge of medical meetings, I:

Researched meetings/conferences to determine suitability for Client's attendance, especially for expanding into the neurology and urology sectors.

Organized all booth logistics for nine trade shows, including service orders, from electrical and A/V to floral and catering. Sourced external sales rep meeting sites.

Coordinated every element of its annual national sales meeting for 35 staff, including venue RFPs and contract, sleeping and meeting rooms, AV, catering, signage, and group dinners.

Organized all logistics for VIP dinners and cocktail receptions.

Managed hotels and registration for every trade show, conference attendance, and national sales meeting.

RESULTS
Trade shows and events were executed flawlessly, with no problems arising on site, and allowed Client to increase exposure to new audiences. The national sales meeting went off without a hitch.
